Prices
All products are listed at Recommended Retail Price (RRP) in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST. Prices on this site are updated regularly and may change without notice. The seller reserves the right to correct any pricing errors due to clerical mistakes or omissions. These prices are recommended retail prices only and may differ from those provided by our Commercial and Retail BelBagno Partners.
Prices provided through a quotation or Price List are subject to change to the prices in effect at the time of delivery. The seller reserves the right to correct any quoted prices due to clerical errors or omissions. If specific requirements, such as design, specification, ordered quantity, or shipment changes, result in a price increase, the buyer will be notified and given an opportunity to confirm the changes.
Availability
If we cannot supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Cancellation
To cancel your order, notify us at least one business day before your planned delivery date for a full refund.
After Sales Care and Returns
All goods must be inspected for faults or damage within 24 hours of receipt. Returns will only be accepted within 90 days from the date of purchase. We do not recognise claims for breakages or damage if deliveries are made by a third party. Claims will also not be accepted if goods are delivered directly between the retailer and the customer. It is the retailer’s responsibility to check for quality, damage, or breakages prior to delivery to the customer.
Returning goods due to incorrect or canceled orders will incur a minimum 25% restocking and handling fee, with special orders being nonreturnable. Before any goods are accepted for credit, we require written confirmation and photographic evidence showing that the product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns of installed or used goods. All products returned for credit must be sent at the customer’s risk and expense. If the original packaging is damaged and the product is unsellable as a result, we reserve the right to decline the return.
